Have been reading all of these threads, and just wanted to say thanks to adanthar, josem, nat, chuddo, teddy, all you guys. Whether or not this gets out, whether or not it's good for poker, it's been an expert - and entertaining - investigation from the beginning.

[/ QUOTE ]

how come nobody on 2+2 thanks me and Marco? you guys hate P5s that much or what? lolz

[/ QUOTE ]

i don't think people are intentionally leaving you out, most of us just don't know you and haven't seen you much in the threads.

just like everyone was thanking nat when he was relaying what snagglepuss had uncovered.

[/ QUOTE ]
Yea, a lot of the stuff related to the costa rican guys was uncovered by snagglepuss first. He noticed there were two guys with the same IP, they were from Costa Rica and that one of them was involved somehow with Table 13. At the time we weren't sure what the email/IP info meant.

I was the one who noticed the user id number and that POTRIPPER's crazy play started when 363 got there.

It really doesn't matter though. The point is that the file that Marco and Waco distributed allowed all of this to be uncovered anyway.

And none of that matters either unless we can get something done about it.

All of this is really eye-opening..

Nat, how long until one of the following happens, in your opinion:

1) We hear something from Absolute about this issue
2) We learn more about the user 363 account, who has access to it, its capabilities, etc
3) We learn more about the evidence that people who work at AP organized the cheating, aka the inside job?

I wish I knew. I somehow get the feeling that AP will continue to deny it, but I realllllllllllllly hope I'm wrong.

Or I hope that someone on the inside will leak info and evidence will continue to mount, etc, etc. Either that or the info actually divulges what happened.

I do think AP will apologize for the info leak. They can't deny that it happened b/c the spreadsheet is in so many peoples' hands now and no one who has seen it questions the legitimacy of it.

This story is just sickening.

Absolute denying it is really scary.

Is it fair to say the person at the helm doesn't really know how to play poker? It's like some idiot who knows hand rankings and sees all the cards, without thinking or knowing at all about how the gameplay should at least appear.

No one with a clue how to play (and could see the cards) would make that epic T high call at the end of a tourney for all to see.

If it is as much of an inside job as it sounds, how can this be resolved at all satisfactorily? It smells like a case of the lead programmers son, or the owners son having access to the special account and being a moron with his mates or something.

Absolute will either deny, or make a vague we found x and have taken care of it response to cover their asses. And the reality is nothing but a very detailed account of what has been happening would even come close to saving them now.

It looks like AP and UB have been delisted from BW.

http://www.bonuswhores.com/site-list.php

I'll try to find out more but I think they are done for the day.
