Default This is the Nuts

If this outfit owes you rakeback you will not get it if you later work off a reload bonus at Full Tilt. The bonus is deducted from your balance due evin if some of the Rakeback was earned elsewhere such as Absolute.

Say they owe you $48.00 in rakeback. You get a reload bonus at Full Tilt and work off $6.00. TITN deducts $6.00 and your new balance due is $42.00.

Here's a quote from an email they sent me.

"I check your account with FTP and it seems like what Stephanie told you on her email is correct and as long as FTP keeps deducting fees it could be that your TINT account will end up negative."

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,

Nelson"

You can't make it up.

They actually called themselves TINT? Oops!

Most (if not all) sites deduct bonus from the rake, NOT the rakeback. The email you quoted mentions deducting fees, not bonus. FT deducts for all sorts of things.

I'd lay about 95% on this being a misunderstanding on your part or theirs (or both), and I bet a dialogue of well-constructed emails will clear this up for you.

If you, for example, had signed up at site A and site B with TITN and had -400 negative MGR at one site and $500 at another, why shouldn't your balance owed be $100? I am not saying this is what TITN does, but you are. Why shouldn't they? In essence they still need to pay for the -400 MGR, correct?

Also, your post title is highly unjustified. I highly doubt that TITN is going to be willing to damage their reputation over what appears to be $6.00. If it was $12, or maybe even $15, they might. But come on, $6.00?

Thread edited to change title. BTW OP, I'm not really seeing a complaint here. As RT points out what should they do?
