KK in the BB, 2/4NL 6max, Somewhat Deep
Villain is UTG, he's at 20/14/2 over 650 hands, appears to be a solid TAG winner. Notice effective stacks are $733, not sure of the best play here oop.

Re: KK in the BB, 2/4NL 6max, Somewhat Deep
If I bet, what do I do to a raise? Or if he calls, what do I do on the river if it's a blank, heart, straight card, etc?

Dude, you didn't give any background information, history, villain tendencies, etc. etc...
Without reads, you value bet this turn. Unless you want to tell me what he floats with first. |

Re: KK in the BB, 2/4NL 6max, Somewhat Deep
Okay maybe a better spot to stop posting the hand would have been right after the turn... I did value bet the turn.
Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($90, 2 players) Hero bets $68, UTG calls. Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($226, 2 players) Hero bets $176, UTG calls. River: ?? $578, 2 players) What do I do now for different rivers.. I have $445 left in a $578 pot. A heart? Any A,2,6,7? Even a Q doesn't look very good, assuming I was ahead to begin with. Also, what does he have that calls both the flop and a substancial turn bet? |
