Anything besides checking behind seems like major spewage. If you are going to cbet the flop you have to shutdown if called.

I can't see the guy folding after calling the flop bet. I'd assume he has a flush now since he would have probably raised any other hand on the flop?

I don't think I would fire even the first barrel on that flop. It's too early and you're under no pressure to make moves like that. I think if you were to bet on the flop a smaller cbet would do the trick if he was going to fold anyways. I can't see what hands that he would call your huge bet on the flop only to fold to your turn bet.
