$200: 3-6 5 handed, LAG utg shoves and I have 6k and a choice with 88
UTG is 28/22 through 35 hands 5-6 handed
Early game lag as well 35/21 through 110 7-10 handed I timebanked this, and decided on laying it down. I didnt feel a lagtard would be open shoving with monster pairs, but I didnt know enough about this guy to comfortablly stick it in (especially when I dont close out the action and 3 players behind me were unknowns.) I felt I could find a better spot and with 6k I am still in great shape for the rest of the sng. No Limit Holdem Tournament Blinds: t300/t600 5 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: t3740 Hero: t5960 Button: t2920 SB: t4880 BB: t2500 Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG raises all-in t3740, Hero folds, 3 folds. Uncalled bets: t3140 returned to UTG. Results: Final pot: t1500 |

Seems like a reasonable fold here. You're 10x BB and have closet to 1/3rd of the chips in play. TT+ I don't think I muck here, but 88 is a little to marginal to call. The only thing you're ahead of is A rags and lower PPs. Run it in sngpt?

He needs to open 60% for the call to be good. This is damned wide with his stack.
Good fold. |

This one seems close. Fold seems pretty good. Push 99 AQ?
