Since SB is shortstacked I would raise the flop expecting SB to cap and put max. pressure on BB.

cant play it any different. folding preflop even if BB had folded would be passing up definite EV, with him in u have huge set odds.
Look at it this way, besides the bets u put in postflop the final pot laid u 16:1 on ur initial call of the cap preflop. Theres no way with a PP u have less than 10% equity preflop unless someone else has 88 too AND ur up against an overpair. |

I would 3bet the flop. There is still a chance, that you are ahead here, and you really want to get rid of button if he just have overs (AK and stuff like that would actually get a pretty reasonable price to draw if you just call). If you get rid of button and it doesn't get capped, then you will also have the option of taking a free card on the turn.
