Do maniacs fold floats to a second barrel when a queen hits?
I'm playing nit at this table. Villain has pretty much just been loose/ bad. That said, how do I play this turn?

Check and see what happens.
Don't 3-bet preflop OOP unless you're pretty sure he's gonna fold which doesn't seem to be the case here.

This is just the kind of flop a bad-ish LAG will float or call light, and firing a big 2nd barrel is going to make it hard for a lot of things to continue here. That is, unless villain is the kinda bad-loose that goes to showdown anytime he flops a decent top pair on the flop. Then check and see what happens is probably best.
