Default Go for the home run or keep it small?

Deep in the $8+0.80 rebuy. 200 left, 90 get paid.

Villian seemed pretty decent with a normal raising range here.

its ok, he might hope u got ak and go with a lot of pairs. with ur stacks it kinda lock more suspicious with a smaller raise where u commit something like 1/3 of ur stack without applying maximum pressure. im not expecting lots of calls though no matter which raise u go for

I like the push. Any smaller raise is essentially asking villain to put nearly half his stack in (and you too), so conventional wisdom says you might as well just push. I mean, if you repop to 7200 or something, and he pushes, are you folding?

Anything wrong with re-popping it to 9000 and either taking it down there, seeing a flop or folding to an all-in reraise?

Well, I generally don't like putting nearly 40% of my stack into a pot when I plan to fold to a re-raise. Furthermore, if you do this, and the villain pushes, you'll be getting nearly 3 to 1 on the call, so it becomes almost automatic anyway. So, again, I think the push is best.

I like a call here due to hos short SB is if he has anything decent he shoves and opens up the betting and you can trap MP2 or MP2 may even isoshove and you can instacall.

I float this alot, but I float with a wide range here, too.

Jamming is fine, too.
