I actually saw 2 books concering the psychological side of poker, one mentioning 2+2 forums and this one talking entirely of the mindset of poker.

Is this any good? Anyone read through either of these?

I haven't read any of the psychology books that are out, but you may find more information in this thread. You can find more links in there.

It's ok. A lot of padding, but useful if you have tilt problems.
