villain is unknow - I have played with him for 10 hands and he seems very loose preflop.

Is it really that bad if we intend to check-raise? Villain doesn't seem too bright and we might be able to stack him if he has any pair or a 7. This play might also give us free cards in the future if we check AK in a similar spot.
Also if villain made a loose call on the flop with two overcards he might decide it's now time to give up. If he checks behind and hits a pair we get more value with zero risk.

How often do you check/fold in this spot? How often are you 2nd barreling at nl100? What free cards are you afraid of? Won't he bet any draw or decent hand here?
