Default Winrate of a good 2/4 3/6 multi-tabler?

Since the players have gotten better in the past few years and since the recent change in legislation, what is an estimated winrate for a good player multi-tabling at the 2/4 and 3/6 limit hold 'em games? Assume the player plays two and sometimes three tables at a time.

You are going to get roasted for this question

However, no matter how tough or what the stakes are, 4-5PTBB/100 is a good winrate.

For 100NL that's $8-10 per 100 hands.

Just multiply limits and tables from there...

Ask in Small Stakes for better responses. 1BB/100 is still the "standard". Its probably harder to push 2 or 3 BB/100 nowadays, but it seems like there are still plenty of winners around.
