Inflation Note

The following link is to a Morgan Stanley report discussing inflation. Interesting to note that China is experiencing a catastrophic environmental disaster of epic proportions caused by lax anti-pollution standards. 300 million people without access to safe water. Amazing. Makes me wonder if they make it to the 2008 Olympics before they collapse (either from domestic social unrest or from their export driven economy experiencing a "hard landing" due to the weak dollar). Time will tell.
