3/6 Weird river spot with AA

Villain doesn't seem very good, and seems to be playing pretty passive overall, and he is one tabling. I would autoshove this river vs most, but his bet sizing throws me off a bit. Should I just be calling here? who likes shoving? It's like 375 more to him if I shove.

It depends on how passive he is (obv). If he's really passive him potting the river outweights the 3:1 card advantage Jx has vs Tx. But he has to be both passive and retarded to play Tx like this so only given the read you have I shove.
