Pls excuse my ignorance. I think you answered my question. You are implying that I do not need to import HHs because I am already getting tourney summaries. So, there is no use for HHs other than this (like to track other players..i.e. rate thier play etc)?

I'm still not sure I understand you, so I'd suggest doing this:
Just keep doing what you're doing to get HHs into PT. If everything you want is there, awesome. If you find you're missing something, try importing from your hard drive first and then requesting the summaries. Sorry I can't be of more help, I'm just not completely sure what you're asking. Thus, he is only tracking ROI, ITM, winnings, etc. Whale, if you import HHs, it will show you exactly how much you have won and lost with each hand at each blind level, or with any number of other filters. It will also tell you how your opponents are playing.

No need to reply to this if you don't have an answer. I'm NOT currently importing any HHs into PT. I was wondering if there is a reason that I should though. I have previously posted in the PT forum and that might be a better place for this question.

First of all, thank you very much for this. I have everything set up as you show, and when I click "Request Now" it says "Request Unseccessful" on all of the tourneys. Does this ever happen to you? I have PS open and am logged in when I try. I'll try PT forums if you can't help. Thanks

anyone having problems with PT not registering that the mail has been sent by stars? just says waiting for confirmation window even though it has poped up. have to send them 1by1 manually now

That's what I meant by...
"Sometimes I have to click Stop and then Start again for a tournament to get requested. But eventually, they should all come through successful." It wasn't very clear, but try that and see if it works.
