Villain is C___V___P...I won a $5500 pot a few hands ago when I stole with J3s and floped 2 pair.

If I RR flop I'm pretty much obligated to call a 3bet push right? Is that a case for calling and reevaluating turn?

(edit: vs 88+, AJ-AKs, KQs, QJs, JTs, QJo, JTo, I'm 30% to win so I gotta fold if he 3bets assuming that is a reasonable range for him.. if you add T9,98,87 I'm 40% and still gotta fold [depending on what I 3bet to]..)
