AQs vs possible squeeze from TAG 2-4 NL

Button is a huge fish, SB is a 27/20 type, main villain is 17/15 TAG, I've only been at the table an orbit but I probably look pretty crazy, I got into a large pot with the fish but didn't have to show down, and I raised two pots pf that then folded around. So, thoughts?

well that's good, villain nearly timed out before calling with AKs. I said to him "You thought that long with AK!?" and he proceeded to talk some smack to me about how I play bad so I just wanted to post the hand and make sure it was standard.

If villain had AQs here - is it a call or fold for him?

i guess this line gets max FE but explain to me why we wouldnt 4 bet larger then pot, commiting us either way. the huge overbet just looks like it wants folds, and in turn gets calls

Why is this std if villan only calls with hands that have us crushed?

I'm not saying its wrong, I'm asking why it's right. I understand villan will 3bet light. That doesn't mean he will call light. Or does it?
