Default 99 on monotone board

Villain is 14/11/2 over ~80 hands. The overbet shove seems like a draw trying to get FE (I could be wrong?). Against a draw I don't think my 9 of clubs is good obv, but are we ever ahead here?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (4 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($130.85)
BB ($194.90)
UTG ($67.95)
Button ($135.80)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $3</font>, Button calls $3, Hero calls $2.50, BB calls $2.

Flop: ($12) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $9</font>, Hero calls $9, BB folds, UTG folds.

Turn: ($30) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $18.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $123.8</font>, Hero ??

I wouldn't overthink this spot against a nit. You're either dodging like 14+ cards when 'ahead' (which is rare), or drawing to 2 outs when behind.

I agree you can also just muck the flop. A nit betting into 3 other players is so strong here.
