[100NL] I made play... probably awful

Villain: 24/16/4 over 2000+ datamined hands in which he runs at 17BB/100 (def good and running hot).

I probably should have played ABC poker and forget about doing things like this, since I've just been taking shots at 100NL and haven't been too lucky at it.
I thought once I raised the river, my line should look pretty strong to him and the flush/fullhouse just came in... Is this ever profitable? All comments appreciated...

Your line makes no sense what so ever, what are you repping? Quads?? You wouldn't raise a flush here, and no way did you call the flop with a seven, and if you had a 3 you would have atleast raised turn. QQ reraises preflop... Add to that that you have some showdown value and only trying to get a queen or AA/KK to fold...

I hate it.
