If you're going to call this preflop, (which is pretty marginal, but I think bad in general,) you cannot fold it on a flop like this..

I would push shorties like this with any pp, he most likely calls with any two overcards, 55-45 flippaments. Winning the flip gives you more stack and hence more implied odds, and this idiot may think it a terrible bad bead his AQ lost to 22 and go on monkeytilt, so 50-50 changes but winning is +EV lateron on the table.

Then again, maybe having no respect at all for shortstacks is a big leak in my game...

I would fold preflop. You are in a race or dominated... why play this hand when there are much better spots to stack a shortie?

Hero is raising $6 to 8

Villain is raising $4 to 12

What do i miss here?

I might even shove his bet wich looks so weak... (I don't give shorties much respect)

he was in BB and raised to 14, 6more to call for me

if you shove, you are taking a coinflip at best, and a minraise from shortie could easily be a pair

I think a preflop fold is awefull, its a min raise, your getting over 3-1 with a pot sized bet left to play, you can set mine this profitably as you will get it all in when you hit often.

The flop is a yuk situation, I love players like this because they price you in with sets & draws, I hate players like this when short because they can make really weak bets that give you a difficult decision, I'd probably pass this, you cant call and fold to a shove, shoving only really has merit over calling down if villain will call with ace high so regardless of the weakness of the bet it is a decision for the rest of his stack

preflop seems like an easy call since you're pretty much gonna stack him every time you flop a set w/ him being so short.

it's only 4 more to you for a chance to win 57 so like 14 to 1, right? easy call preflop. I'd fold the flop though
