I think we should assume we're behind a set here. If we generously give ourselves 12 outs, we can call this or even shove . . . but we have to like variance either way.

You have a straight flush out, how could you possibly fold?
I would shove and think I have reasonably good fold equity 10-20% which is enough for a nice profit. Plus, this will often get to be HU with a bit of extra money in it from the guy who folded to your shove which ups your pot odds.
The issue is that you might end up against a set and a higher flush draw which can't lay down, but that scenario is rare and you have 4 outs even then for prolly 12% equity even then in a three way pot. Hitting the 5s there is BBV gold.

You do want to try to push out mid flush draws which would call if you call here.

LOL at anyone who says fold here.

1) Could it please be explained to me what pther big combo draws exist? The board is 6s3x2s, Hero has 4s3s. Unless someone has specifically As5s or As4s, there aren't any big combo draws. 7s5s, maybe. Fairly unlikely.

2) By shoving you can get the pot heads up, and push out hands like mid flush draws which have you scurved.

3) Not really much sense in calling a raise preflop with 43s and then folding to action on THIS board, is there?

Completely agree! That's the flop you're playing that kind of hand for...
