Default AQo preflop BB vs BU facing a 4bet

I was really aggressive on the table 3bets the other player (sb TAG) in this hand very often he fold every time.

Now i get AQo and dont know how to play:

Is this just a fold because i 3bets the hole time just sb or is my aggressive 3bet image against him a reason to believe that bu could 4bet me lighter or something like this. Or need i more reads? I think im too fast thinking i have enough reasons to make a move. for example a player 3bets me 3 times in a row in the same situation. im starting 4betting him and going broke very light. Is this ok or am i reacting to fast ?

Have any stats? Is he a 18/16 type TAG or a 24/20 type TAG? I think it makes a little bit of a difference...

I assume BTN has a 100BB stack.

3betting here preflop here is generally standard. Unless you've seen BTN 4-bet before, you usually give him credit and fold once 4bet.
