Default Book cover protection

Hello,
I have a weird question and I am not sure where to post.
My question is serious however and I thought this was the best place.

I am reading HOH2 atm and I read it mostly in the bus to school.
Because I take it with me the cover gets more and more damaged (especially the corners).
Have you guys got any advice so the book will 'stay' in good shape?
I would like to be able to see the cover itself.
I want serious replies please.

Read it until it falls apart. Then buy another.

Save the old, worn & tattered copies. Keep them high on a shelf like they were trophies. Be proud of them.

And minors shouldn't play poker.

Sounds like my copy of SSH

to answer the question i use a soft clear book laminate
google the words clear book laminate you will see what i mean
http://apps.webcreate.com/ecom/catal...roductID=21132
i use it on most of my books especially all poker ones
it protects the cover perfectly all you need to do is treat the pages with care and it will last.

Interesting idea. However I rather be proud of them in good shape. And when I borrow it to someone I would like the book(especially the cover) to return in ok shape.

If your HOHs are in good shape, you did not read them often enough. Really.

That's your mistake right there. Ask every successful TV pro what poker books they've read and all of them will tell you "Poker books? I've never read a poker book in my life..."

And every last one of them is lying.

The point isn't that you should or shouldn't read poker books. The point is that you should read poker books, then when you win lie about it and say that you don't.

And minors shouldn't play poker on the internet. Especially minors who study poker books, read internet poker forums and lie about it.

The ultimate book cover protection is not reading the book.
Just sell it as second-hand and act like you`ve read it.

And minors shouldn`t play poker.
Or my stolen avatar happens.
