Default Unconstitutional history

Can any libertarian here tell me what the first 10 unconstitutional things the federal government did are?

What? According to libertarians our government is Hell on earth, but none of them can answer such a simple question about that Hell?

Troll? I’ve asked a legitimate question. If our federal government has strayed from the Constitution, as libertarians maintain, then surely you can provide examples of just how the government has strayed.

the trouble is, many things are debated, whether they are or are not unconstitutional.

Personally, I feel federal welfare is not constitutional.
Also unconstitutional were many issues regarding black rights.

oo - also, many parts of the patriot act.

Sorry, playing poker!

Well, I personally don't care what is and what is not constitutional, I cheer when freedoms are given (rare) and become angry when freedoms are destroyed (daily).

Sorry for the earlier post Iron, didn't know I couldn't do that.

Edited to add:

BTW, what is with all this hatred toward libertarians? I don't get it. I'm not personally a libertarian, but your hatred toward them is ridiculous.

Depends on your definition of unconstitutional. Do you mean when the executive branch dissobeys the rulings of the court, like when Lincoln suspended habeus corpus? Or can we go even broader and include court rulings that could be interpreted as unconstitutional under certain interpretations of constitutional law (there is a reason they are 5v4 splits)?

Wow, you gave everyone a whole hour and a half to reply. On a weekend, no less.

ZOMG TIMES UP!!!

Anyway, your OP begs a lot of questions. Many "libertarians" here don't worship the constitution, and a lot of aspects of government that they despise may very well be perfectly fine, constitutionally.

But anyway, to your OP, off the top of my head I would suppose the Alien and Sedition acts fill four of the 10 slots.

OP, I've got some simple questions for you..

How do you feel about gun rights?

How do you feel about Freedom of Speech?

Freedom of the Press?
