Lol ty. It's a technique I "invented" (lolz) the other day. Start with a solid color background, then use the airbrush/graffiti/spraycan tool somewhat sparsely to draw a loose outline of whatever, then use the fill in tool and and fill in the background with a contrasting color. (In this case, white background and black fill in) Voila, it yields a pretty cool effect. I'm sure somebody can come up with something better than this with a little elbow grease.
