My cousin recommended Freakonomics, has anyone read that yet?

[/ QUOTE ]
Freakonomics is a great book, but has virtually nothing to do with entrepreneurship or running a business.

I agree completely.

I also liked Tipping Point (mentioned earlier in this thread).

I have Rebel Rules in my collection to read, but have only read the first chapter or two so far.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for books about Marketing or Project Management? (two different books)

This is a great inspirational blog: Entrepreneurial Blog

As for books, try...

The 4-Hour Workweek by Tom Ferriss
Go It Alone by Bruce Judson
The E-Myth by Gerber
Focal Point by Brian Tracy

Marketing Management by Philip Kotler is the best marketing textbook ever. You'll learn everything from market segmentation, target marketing, value chains, marketing mix, etc.

Another great book is Marketing Gurus which is a summary of at least 12 business books ranging from Seth Godin to Jack Trout to Anatomy of a Buzz to Guy Kawasaki and more. It is compiled by Chris Murray. Just search it on Amazon. You can't miss it.

As for project management, go to www.tompeters.com then click on wherever it is in that site that books and ebooks are sold. I'm sure there are some stuff there about project management and they are guaranteed to be good.
