I think in this instance you go ahead and raise to 325-400 since you have position. I think I don't mind getting all in on this board if he three bets, as he usually has a naked Ten or nothing.

I hate this situation when there are people left to act behind me, and will usually fold.

definitely raise, he could be leading ATC into you. Go to 350 and if he shoves, there's no issue getting it all in w/ 15 outs as you're a favourite.

Shove. He probably won't call, but even if he does, you're good against his range.

I often call and regret it. A raise to 300 probably good. A fold is probably better than a call (pot odds), but implied odds could be good to call, especially if you hit srt8. If he is still with you after a raise you know you're done.

After all that I am sure I call as long as it is cheap and close the action.

Btw, you are 52.32% favorite against T6o on the flop, so he is not getting horrible odds to call, and since he is clearly bad, he should be trying to get all his chips in on a coin flip. A good question would be should you push and risk a flip here even if you were sure he had T6o and would call: you risk 1195 to win 1295 and are the favorite, so I would say yes. But if the odds were a little worse, I probably wouldn't take the risk this early.
