Got berated for this one.
Effective stacks $10k. Villain is a donktard, generally stacks off with any pair, I mean, he isn't [image]terrible[/image], but the kind of guy you are happy to see at your table.
My questions regard flop and turn, as preflop is standard I think we'll agree. Is it OK to call here for implied odds, plus the chance that the turn goes check-check and I think I can get him off high cards on the river with a bet? How much deeper would you need to be to make the call if you think this is a fold? Once I hit my straight on the turn, what is the best way to get the money in? Remember, we are dealing with someone a sandwich short of a picnic here. Preflop: BB is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 1 fold, Hero raises to $150, BB raises to $550, Hero calls $400. Flop: ($1100) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero checks, BB bets $750, Hero calls $750. Turn: ($2600) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero ?, BH |
