Help me make a new desktop: Will pay 200 to the best design...

Here is a somewhat odd request.

Ok, so I'm not great at computers but I want a new desktop, and I don't know enough about computers/trust the guys at dell to tell me what I actually need, that I'm turning to BBV for your help/input...

Here is what I need it for:

-Poker playing with two monitors. Right now I have a 23inch apple monitor and I really like those so I either want another one of those or a 30inch apple monitor (don't know if that would be too awkward having different sized screens)
-I guess I need a really good graphics card that can support the 30inch monitor and the dual monitors.

-i want to start datamining the ftp games, so i need something that is able to do that without slowing down everything else such that pt can be updating every minute or so.

-everything needs to work smoothly and i don't want to assmble anything.

I want to spend 2-4k I guess everything included.

What is the best package someone can come up with?

Edit: Honestly, Apple's site makes it very easy to pick which comp you want. You can get the 24 inch iMac with 2 gb of ram, the best processor, a 500 gb hard drive, and good graphics card for about 2500.

i said in my post pcs only... i most likely want another apple montior b/c i like what they look like, but i'm taking suggestions from others whether another 23inch or a 30inch with the 23in on the side would be better. right now i only have a laptop.

This should be way more than sufficient for that. Also, you pay a premium, but alienware products are solid and last long.

This will takes lots of processor + memory power, so you have a lot in your P.C. This config should also last a while with what you're doing.

-everything needs to work smoothly and i don't want to assmble anything.
For things to work smoothly, I highly recommend using Mozilla Firefox and getting Anti-spyware programs.
