Am I a nit for folding this PF? As played, I really like your checkraise - you have a nut FD and an inside straight draw, and even your A might be good, so if the villain decides to push it I think this is a quick call for me.

Note to Q and pokerbear: a lot of unknown at the $27 are raising A8s, KT or 55, here. But your point is taken.

id probly play it the same but i cant really verbalize why i think maybe cuz your equity is pretty damn good to whatever range hes on.

obviously you're just trying to take it down here but whats your play on turn if your flop rr gets flat called. turn bricks -- if he checks turn to you do u bet again or take free card. if he donk bets turn ~300 ish defensively, do you fold? i find these spots to be troublesome against donkish stationish unknowns...

I would fold preflop unless I had a read he would be raising a8s, kt, 55 must unknowns are more likely to limp junk than to raise it.
Flop is fine you have FE ten outs and your draw isn't disguised at all so there isn't that much value to gain on later streets.

why are we calling a raise from UTG for 3bbs? especially with a dominated unsuited hand? As played the flop should be shoved. I cannot see them calling it even with AK (since they cannot have any playable flush draw).
