Flush possible, Str8 possible (very easily) and Ace high.
Its two things:
1)The perfect spot to bluff against the kind of hand you have.
2)A very unlikely hand for you to win.
Now the pot is 450. Is this a bluff 40% of the time ? I think its less than that. For me the fold is good.
Im not an expert, far from that but since ive heard getting involved in hand discussions will help my game, well, i do my best

I'd let this go on the river. Every draw known to man just got there and alot of weak aces make 2 pair at some point in this hand and probably play this way. I like the turn call, but I'd get away here.

I C-bet the flop about 2/3 the pot. If called, i check behind on the turn. If reraised, i likely fold.

As played, I fold the river.

looks good to me. sometimes i check behind on flop, sometimes i bet 150. board is a tad drawy so i might bet flop but either way is fine.

Well played, you got away with 1300 when you could have been WB on the flop ... if he is betting the river with a hand t hat you beat, then his play really sucks PF and on the turn

Agree.

Not c-betting makes it easy for villain and hard for you.

If you raised AK/AQ no-heart would you check this Flop?

If your UTG range is 99+, AQ+ (or similar) you've either got Top Pair or a hand that was excellent preflop but now vulnerable to the overcard. And by not betting the drawy Flop, from Villain's perspective it's easy to narrow your range even further.

With no read I c-bet.
