If this was actually the case it means the villain is playing way too weak passive.

With stacks this deep he should be floating enough and bluff raising enough were the villain could never get away from a flopped two pair at 250bb.

No matter if you call or raise the turn, I can't see CTS putting you on anything lower than A6/AJ or a set - so if he bets hard on the river or shove your turn raise, I'd say you're beat. There is also the chance that this is a split pot.
