Realistically, 1% since we are in the industry should be about standard, but "normal" as in "what a majority does" I would guess would be closer to 5% if they are social at all with other poker players. Also, there are plenty of degenerates out there that may run 6 sigmas out at somthing, then when they regress to the mean, they blow it all back and then some because they think they had some sort of edge, (Shaundeeb, quit UB BJ NOW!)

In my case, I am +EV playing blackjack and betting sports, and do little to no definite -EV gambling.

0-1k I guess. I thought it was 0 but I forgot about the times I have flipped Crazy Mike for like 50-100 and the time he hustled me for 100 in the "how many chips do I have?" game. And playing Chinese for 25/point against Roc while we wait for people to come back to the game. I guess I might be a favorite there but I've been so tired when we played I didn't really bother to look at his cards to see if he set his hands well or not.

0 blackjack/table games though because I'm a nit.

Ive only made 4.5k at cash games this year but I am -$228 at -EV house games. Most I've lost in one day was $400

Yes I keep track, otherwise Id probably play a lot more. Its sobering to come home and write down how much you just blew on -EV games, makes you feel stupid.
