reads? by default i like a turn check because you'll get more value from a mid-pair by letting him bet the river and he'll be more inclined to call your river bet w/ one after you check turn. river bet looks mandatory and sizing is good. i think you're always ahead here after he checks river and he'll never put you on a K.

ok so lemme guess. hippo sees someone make this play with AA and thinks it's so dumb, then comes here and posts it thinking "omg what a newb play" only to find out that he's a newb. am i close?
