I'm psyched for this. Love the visuals I've seen from the previews.

This is my second most anticipated movie of the year, after the fountain.

I am pretty psyched for this. I loved the original graphic novel, and according to geeky sources who've previewed this movie it stays relatively faithful to the book. However, many of the scenes that I've seen in the trailers were not in the book, so that worries me a bit.

The problem is that so much of Alan Moore's work is literary and hard to translate to film. If the Wachowski Bros manage to do so I would be very impressed.

You actually like the gay little opera mask? What kind of action hero wears an opera mask? I thought it looked good other than the mask.

It's a Guy Fawkes mask. I guess it's a british thing. Fawkes seems pretty cool though. He tried to blow up the parliament building a couple of centuries ago.

I highly recommend the graphic novel this movie is based on.

Do you guys normally look at review sites before you go see a movie on opening weekend like this? I usually just go by my own feelings, maybe read reviews later. I guess I'm alone?

[/ QUOTE ]

That's cool if you like wasting money on crappy movies.
