JK in the BB...I want the pot!
I've been trying to work on my postflop play. My W$WSF is very low over a significant sample.
I'm sure it's 'cause I don't make enough moves when I miss the flop in general. So...How's this: 1/2 Villain who strikes me as nittish opens for $7 in MP. I call w/ JKo in BB. FLOP: 8 9 6 r I check. He bets $11. I raise to $33. He calls. TURN: T I fire $48. How am I doing so far? Bad flop for a C/R? C/R to more than $33? Fire more on turn? I didn't think firing more on turn was necessary with the draw hitting. Thx. |

Re: JK in the BB...I want the pot!
Since you already check raised the flop, I like it I guess. I probably would have c/c the flop, and c/r the turn. As played, what do you plan on doing if villan calls?

Re: JK in the BB...I want the pot!
Flop c/r is bad imo on this board. This board just hits too many hands in the form of sets, overpairs, two pairs, and pair draw combos.
