Ed Miller's Short Stack Strategy

I'm a marginally good poker player... at best. I have read about this strategy in both his book, and in the forums. I'm interested if anyone has enjoyed any success with this method.

If you have... what adjustments have you made to the strategy (if any)? what stakes have you played with it at? and would you be willing to send me some hand histories of your play?
