Why would you all push river here as opposed to call? It seems that a push probably only gets called by a better hand most of the time, sometimes a flush, qj, or kq kj... but even then many players could lay some of those down.

Flop is ok if you've both been super aggro, otherwise I would just call since he might fold.
Turn - jayzuz, bet half to show weakness and get money from a draw, and mainly to build the damn pot!
River is the easiest push. It definitely gets called by nut flush and often by any K.
