the limper should tighten his range somewhat so we're most likely looking at pairs above 77 and a lot of big aces and KQs. Everything else likely calls PF so unless he's likely to 3 bet with lower pairs to gain fold equity it looks like a safe flop fold. Even if he is 3 betting 55 PF he's most likely going to fire on the turn again anyway.

Actually, that makes calling the flop and raising the turn sound really appealing.

yep, and then u invested 8SB w 3rd pair against preflopreraiser

i say fold flop, u have to have a read to do something else...

almost all tricky pokerproblems come when we got some sort of read and we think they got some read on us...

why do most posts come without a read on the other and the Hero, this isnt lowlimit?

Opponent dependent for me, but I'm not folding this flop 100% of the time, that's for sure. The problem for me is I can raise this flop and get 3 bet by a worse hand. It sucks getting so much action sometimes

because any broadway on the flop is going to scare you

you have the button he is probably 3betting light, you gain extra equity from the limper

if i capped it and he raised me on a AT8 flop I'd likely call hoping to catch a card for my backdoor straight,

seeing as most in this thread feel this is a flop fold I assume most TAGs are not 3 betting light in this spot.

Well that will fold out the low pairs but he's going to call or raise with everything else including hands you are ahead of which have a gutshot draw. It really depends on how tight a range you can put him on pre-flop. With the limper in there i would give his raise some respect and fold.
