Default Small takes player looking to take trip to East Coast Casino

I'm looking to head to a Casino - I'm thinking Foxwoods - next week. I'm looking for a couple of things

1. Reasonable hotel rates.
2. NL 100 (so I can [censored] around without blowing too much of my roll).
3. tournaments between $40 and $50 dollar entry fees.

Which is best - Foxwoods good?

You won't find either of those stakes at FW. The 1/2 NL is a $300 max buy-in, and the smallest tourney is $100.

You also won't find NL smaller than that (1/2) anywhere. Additionally, I don't believe there are any tournaments that small (some are close).

Don't know where you're coming from, but Turning Stone goes 2/3 (almost 3/3).

1) Hotel is $85/nite at the poker rate.
2) NL100 is the most popular game at TS. Always a table, usually 4+ at peak times.
3) $65 tourneys on all days except Friday/Saturday.

Go to AC. You won't find reasonable rates unless you're going weekday. There are lots of rooms to play in (everyone should play borgata and trop at some point and I have a soft spot for the Trop). There are more tournaments to select from, as well.

If that didn't convince you, I prefer Turning Stone poker room over Foxwoods.

How long is your trip? Why not do a night in each?

Good luck and crush, crush, crush
