actually, to let you know. The US criminal code follows in indian reservations. The US civil code does not follow however. So if you kill someone on an indian reservation or something like you can be arrested

Bill Ivey,

I feel like you're really, really dumb for posting some of the stuff you did.

why? I'm not saying you're wrong, but I don't see the harm in it (obviously I am no legal expert)

Because people from Turningstone read this message board?

It probably seems as though poker players are all degenerate potheads who buy pot from Bill Ivey's connection or whatever, when that isn't true.

And bragging about getting away with just a fine is pretty lol as well.

I can't speak for the person who quoted my post though.

that's not actually legally possible is it (ignoring the fact that there's no way the cops will admit to that)

goggles,
not sure what you mean by the first part of your post, are you saying you don't want people at TS to think poker players are potheads, or are you saying you think it's bad for BI legally?

basically I mean yeah I wouldn't have posted here, but unless I'm mistaken (which as I mentioned before is totally possible) I don't think there is any way that there would be any legal ramifications. The only thing I could think of is that it would make it less likely he'd be allowed to come back after a year, but I dunno

Default Anyone @ Table 8 today ($365 bounty tourney)?

Anyone @ Table 8 today ($365 bounty tourney)?

I was in seat 9. Mid 30's baldish with black t-shirt and Psyduck Pokemon card protector.

Built my stack to about 7500. at 75/150 I rased to 550 in EP w/A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 2 callers. short stack CO goes all in for 975. I reraise all-in. 1 caller folds, the other calls the rest of his stack (about 3K) with K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] The Shortstack flips A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and I'm about to get healthy. I see a T in the door. Damn. The flop comes T8K. The board blanks out and I lose half my stack.

I play short stack ninja for a while and at the 25/100/200 level I push my remaining 2600 chips in with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Guy calls with 55.

flop AK3 turn 4 river 5. GG me. 3 1/2 hour drive back to the Poconos.

Really nice structure at TS. I would go back for more pain.

Pocono Drew
