When we have a finished manuscript and it meets our standards, we try to get it out as fast as possible. But when a manuscript is not what we think it should be, we will require that more work be done. However, if the additional work is unsuccessful in achieving our goals, it gets returned to the authors.

The authors of PNL: Volume II should have their manuscript finished before we release the Harrington on Cash Games books. So they will not have seen it until after their work is completed.
