peer to peer xfers, MMousten = scammer, response = ?

I'm not sure how to handle this stuff, but I got a PM from a user (MikeJ, he contributes to high stakes MTT I think?) that he did a peer transfer with MMousten who walked off with $2k. We ban for this type of thing, right?

edit: just saw that he's banned. I'm assuming 2p2 doesn't / shouldn't get involved, the poster should just contact the appropriate poker sites to see if they can help, correct?
