Are these the only withdrawal options?
Are there other ways for someone, say in New Zealand, to withdraw?

I had a huge problem with epassporte for about 3 weeks last year. They froze my account and asked me to fax in my id, etc.
I did it and they said it would take 2 days at most. I got nothing but the run around from them for 3 weeks. Towards the end of the 3 weeks they appatnly siwtched which company handles their customer service and I have no had any problems since.

You can only withdraw using the Electron card outside the US and via a wire transfer but the amount has to be over $5000 and there is a $50 fee.
