Default Bad time for a stop and go?

10k guaranteed, $3R 30ish left.

Villain has been pretty active and have called all ins with some marginal holdings after he's open-raised. Should I've just shoved or was this a good spot for a stop and go? I don't think I'm good at recognizing situations where it's better to stop and go instead of just shoving.

i need a good read to push this preflop and calling is much worse than pushing IMO, not a good flop to stop n go anyway. im folding prefold, as played im check/folding flop

yes this is a bad time
you about 14bb's left which is good for a resteal opportunity and very bad for a stop and go. notice how the stop and go here is a 2x pot bet after the flop? Shove pre if you think he's likely to steal here and fold if not.
