Should I take a river here or just fold. There are a lot of hands he could have here but I hate this situation.

Bet the flop.

I would call the turn as played.

Bet like .12 - .16 on the flop! As played, call the turn bet and evaluate the river. You have position and you may hit your boat.

It's NL2 so don't develop FPS. That's a great flop to bet because any Ax will call.
