Default Two pair in unraised pot

Only played around twenty hands or something. This is the first hand we've tangled, and the first big pot he's involved in. I'm lost, so please tell me what you think.

Party Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

SB: $25.20
Hero (BB): $60.71
UTG: $23.67
CO: $24.31
BTN: $30.40

Pre-Flop: 3 T dealt to Hero (BB)
2 folds, BTN calls $0.25, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.75) 8 3 T (3 Players)
SB bets $0.60, Hero raises to $2.50, BTN folds, SB raises to $24.95 and is All-In, Hero?

I think he's doing this with enough slowplayed big pairs that it's a call. Not many people lead with a set at this level, and I think most people are calling your raise with a big draw. If you are beat, I'm guessing he has T8?

This puts all kinds of draws in his range. Easy call imo.
