Fwiw I usually 4-bet pretty small, but this is just too small. 32-34 is fine.
Wtf at ever folding postflop. I get it in asap.

Sorry for the belated results. I did end up shoving and he practically snap-folded. In retrospect, call/call might have been better because I was almost positive I was good here and he's usually drawing to like 5 outs at most. I think he shoves his entire range on the turn if I tank flop even a little bit.
