John, first you said you spend 8 hours a day on micro limit hold-em while you "learn the game". I do not have a problem with this as it can be good practice. But then you go on to say they closed your account for "bot" activity. I have to admit this looks funny, 8 hours a day on micro limits to learn how to bot.....errrr learn the game?

Clearing a $650 bonus on UB in one month at micro limits would certainly be difficult for any human.

Well, I finally got a reply from UB. They're saying that I'm using bots and my account will not be reactivated. I asked for clarification as to what bots I'm using or anymore information and their response was "As stated in the previous email your account has been disabled and will not be reactivated." That's it, no further explanation. I replied asking what they're going to do with the money in my account and if there's anyway I can prove that I'm not using bots for bonus abuse. I'm waiting on their response. This is all really ridiculous.

Why do sites keep closing alleged bot users accounts at time of withdrawal? Close it sooner if you think they're using bots. Why do they keep letting them play on and on until time of withdraw?
