Unfortunatly that is a fold in my books unless you get any good reads on him.

i'd let it go the first time. even if he's picked up on the pattern, you can't really be sure whether he's exploiting it with trash or with a monster. for example, if you have been raising it up whenever he completes, why wouldn't he limp in w AA here?
