Assuming villain is unknown I'd bet at least $7 on the flop, maybe check/call the turn and bet 2/3 - 3/4 on the river.

You must have had some kind of reads??

I put him on a fdraw, maybe a str8 draw or TPTK. I thought if I bet to much, he folds and only calls with TPTK...

I would bet more on the flop, but I imagine your style is to make smaller cbets?

I think you can milk a little more on the river.

Depending on my table image, I might be tempted to bet super large on this river, possibly even an overbet... draws fold anyway and you can rep the busted draw and get a lot of value from a suspicious TPTK. If you haven't been caught bluffing or shown down double barreling draws, 3/4 pot gets good value from anything that is going to call anyway.
